Returns & exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Unused items in as-sent condition are accepted for return or exchange; return freight is buyer-arranged unless the error was ours, in which case we cover both ways. Used and graded items are covered by their photographed condition grade – if an item arrives significantly not as described, we’ll make it right with return, exchange or adjustment.
Packing promise
Workshop-grade packing on every order: foam-wrapped components, double-thick cartons where needed, and pre-seal photographs on high-value items so any transit claim resolves quickly. Questions? Email info@dirtzaromoto.com or read the FAQ hub.

How shipping & returns work at Dirt Zaro Moto
Browse by department or use the brand-model-year finder, add to cart and check out in under a minute – no account needed. In-stock parts scan into the courier network the same business day when ordered before 2pm AWST; bikes and bulky items travel insured door-to-door with tracking and signature. Prefer to inspect first? Collect free by appointment in Perth, Western Australia, and our team will walk you through the machine or component before you load it. Need a part that isn’t listed? Email the parts desk with your frame number – two decades of wrecking and collecting means our storage holds discontinued stock that never reaches the website, and we quote honestly either way.
